Shipping Policy

Our average delivery times are:
– Standard Worldwide Shipping: 2-15 business days.
– GLS Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.
– UPS Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
The cost for Standard Worldwide Shipping is €7,00, UPS Express shipping worldwide is €30,00 (incl. TAX). GLS Express delivery cost depends on the selected country zone and includes TAX:
– Zone 1 (€15,00): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
– Zone 2 (€19,00): Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, United Kingdom.
– Zone 3 (€25,00): Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
– Zone 4 (€10,00): Croatia.
All orders include a tracking number and will require a signature when delivered to your address.

Packaging

Corohook comes in a sealed plastic zip lock bag with instructions included. Every product is carefully packaged to prevent any damages that might occur during transport. The items are securely placed inside a padded envelope or cardboard box (depends on the quantity).

Payment and Return Policy
Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit or Debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express), Direct Bank Transfer (BACS), and Cash in an envelope (sent by registered post).
If you are not happy with our product you can return it within 14 days, starting from the day you received your order. In this case shipping cost is covered by the buyer. If you wish to return the product please send us an e-mail, so we can immediately start the return process. We will refund your money within 14 days starting from the day we receive the product from you. The returned products must be undamaged, unused, and packed in original packaging.
Customs, duties, taxes and damages

Corohook is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Corohook is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
